Health Policy
We adhere to a Strict Health Policy for protection of all Guests
The health of our cattery guests is paramount. If any cattery guest is suspected of suffering from any type of infectious condition during their stay, treatment will be provided in the Ringwood East Vetcare Veterinary Hospital, until such a time as medical staff consider the guest’s condition to be improved and in a non-infectious state. Extra costs will be incurred by the guests owner if a hospital stay is required. If an owner is unable to provide proof of current vaccination at time of arrival at the cattery, the owner may be given the option of purchasing a vaccination and examination by a veterinarian on site and the owner must agree to a period of hospital stay directly after the vaccination is administered. Thus ensuring that the infection risk period will be spent in the hospital not in the cattery. Extra costs will be incurred by the guests owner if a hospital stay is required. If the owner of the cat guest does not agree to these terms and conditions, the cattery guest booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Departure Time
Departure time: Please note that departure time is between 9.00am - 12pm Monday - Saturday. Departures later than 12pm incur a day room rate charge.
Minimum Stay Applies over Peak Periods
We have the same flat rate fee for accommodation all year around.
However as with human accommodation, cattery accommodation has a much higher demand over peak holiday periods and therefore a minimum stay of 7 nights applies at these times:

Deciding to pick up your cat earlier and cutting short their stay?
Please note: Once your cat’s stay has commenced there will be no refunds/credits given on early checkouts or if you simply change your mind and decide to pick up your cat earlier. Full Payment for your cat’s stay will be charged.
